Heritage Ring is not responsible for delays, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the courier.

Because each piece is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, customer mistakes, or design changes after approval.

Approved claims may receive a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.

Normal wear, scratches, gold plating fading, discoloration after use, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.
