Shipping policy
All Heritage Ring products are custom-made and made to order. Because each item is personalized, every order requires time for design preparation, production, engraving, quality control, and delivery.
Production & Delivery Time
The total estimated delivery time, including production and shipping, is typically up to 5 weeks from the date of purchase.
During periods of high order volume, seasonal demand, courier delays, or additional quality checks, please allow up to 1 additional week for your order to be completed and delivered.
Because every item is custom-made, production times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the design and the number of orders in progress.
Order Processing
After your order is placed, our team begins preparing your custom design and production details.
For personalized items, we may send a design preview for your approval before engraving begins. Delays in customer approval may extend the total delivery time.
Once your design is approved and production has started, the order can no longer be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please note that tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package has been handed to the courier.
If your tracking has not updated immediately, this does not always mean the package has not shipped. Some couriers update tracking only after the parcel reaches the next sorting facility or destination country.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times may vary depending on your country, local courier processing, customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, local carriers, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, VAT, taxes, or local charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or unpaid import fees.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout.
Please carefully check your address before placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable, Heritage Ring is not responsible for the failed delivery.
If the package is returned to us and the customer wants it reshipped, a €15 reshipping and handling fee may apply.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Packages
Once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
If your package is delayed, we will help you check the tracking information and assist with the courier investigation when possible.
If a package is marked as delivered by the courier, the order is considered delivered. Heritage Ring is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after the courier confirms delivery.
If you cannot locate a package marked as delivered, please check with household members, neighbors, your building reception, local post office, or the courier directly.
If the courier confirms that the package was lost before delivery, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or another solution depending on the situation.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier attempts delivery and the customer is unavailable, does not collect the package, refuses the delivery, or fails to pay required customs/import fees, the package may be returned, abandoned, or destroyed by the courier.
In these cases, Heritage Ring is not responsible for the failed delivery and refunds may not be available.
If the package is returned to us and reshipping is possible, a reshipping and handling fee may apply.
