How to order
Choose your ring, enter your surname or upload your coat of arms, then place your order.
If you enter your surname, after your order we research your family coat of arms in our heraldic archive and send you the design by email for approval before engraving.
If you already know it, simply upload it and we will engrave it directly.
You can also upload a custom image, such as initials or a zodiac sign.
Once approved, our artisans craft your ring and ship it to you.

If you’re ordering a ring for your pinky finger and are unsure of your exact size, here are the most common ranges:
Men’s pinky rings: usually between US size 6–9
Women’s pinky rings: usually between US size 4.5–6
These ranges fit most people, but for the best accuracy we recommend measuring your finger using the instructions above. Your local jeweler can also resize the ring if needed for a small fee.

Estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks from purchase. During high-demand periods or courier delays, please allow up to 1 additional week.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs, and local courier.
Heritage Ring is not responsible for delays, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the courier.
Refund Policy

Because each ring is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, customer mistakes, or design changes after approval.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, contact us within 30 days of delivery at customer@heritagering.com with your order number and clear photos.
Approved claims may receive a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.
Normal wear, scratches, gold plating fading, discoloration after use, or damage caused after delivery are not covered.

To order, just choose your ring and go to checkout. You can upload your coat of arms and we’ll engrave it directly. If you don’t have it, just write your last name — we’ll look for it in our archive and email you the design for approval before engraving.

No problem! If you don’t know your coat of arms, we can research it for you in our archive of nearly 3,000 designs.
And if your surname doesn’t have a recorded coat of arms, we can create a unique one for you so you can begin your own family tradition, the design is included in the price of the ring.
Can I choose the material of the ring?
Yes! You can choose between a gold plated or silver plated finish. Both options are handcrafted using premium materials.
