What is the Heritage Ring?

Can your rings be used for sealing wax letters?
Yes, our signet rings can be used for sealing wax letters. For this purpose, we recommend the Raised version, as it creates a cleaner and more defined impression in the wax.
What if I don’t know my coat of arms?
No problem! If you don’t know your coat of arms, we can research it for you in our archive of nearly 3,000 designs.
And if your surname doesn’t have a recorded coat of arms, we can create a unique one for you so you can begin your own family tradition, the design is included in the price of the ring.
Can I choose the material of the ring?

Because each ring is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or design changes after approval.
However, if your ring arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the design you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.
