If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at customer@heritagering.com with your order number and clear photos. Approved claims may receive a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable.

For non-personalized items, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Normal wear, scratches, gold plating fading, discoloration after use, or damage caused after delivery or improper care are not covered.
