Each Heritage Ring is custom-made and requires time for design, engraving, quality control, and delivery. Estimated delivery time is 3–4 weeks from purchase. During high-demand periods or courier delays, please allow up to 1 additional week.
Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery times may vary depending on your country, customs, and local courier. Heritage Ring is not responsible for delays, lost packages caused by incorrect addresses, or packages marked as delivered by the courier.
Caring for your ring: To keep it looking its best, avoid water, sweat, perfume, and lotions. Remove before sleeping, swimming, or exercising. Store in a dry place, ideally in a jewelry pouch, and wipe with a soft cloth before storing.

Because each ring is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size, customer mistakes, or design changes after approval.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the approved design, contact us within 30 days of delivery at customer@heritagering.com with your order number and clear photos. A replacement or refund will be provided when applicable.
Normal wear, scratches, gold-plating fading, and discoloration over time are not covered.
