How do I order?
To order, just choose your ring and go to checkout. You can upload your coat of arms and we’ll engrave it directly. If you don’t have it, just write your last name — we’ll look for it in our archive and email you the design for approval before engraving.
You can also upload an image with your initials or zodiac sign if you prefer.
Once approved, we’ll make your ring and ship it to you. If you’d like more info, feel free to contact us at customer@heritagering.com
What is the Heritage Ring?
The Heritage Ring is a customizable ring engraved with your family coat of arms — or anything meaningful to you, like your initials or zodiac sign. It’s a timeless piece designed to celebrate your identity, roots, and legacy, available in gold-plated or silver finish.
What if I don’t know my coat of arms?
No problem! If you don’t know your coat of arms, we can research it for you in our archive of nearly 3,000 designs.
And if your surname doesn’t have a recorded coat of arms, we can create a unique one for you so you can begin your own family tradition, the design is included in the price of the ring.
Can I choose the material of the ring?
Yes! You can choose between a gold plated or silver finish. Both options are handcrafted using premium materials.
Is the engraving personalized?
Yes, every ring is custom engraved based on your surname or family crest — no generic designs. It’s a truly personal symbol of your family history, or anything meaningful to you like your initials or zodiac sign
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We provide free tracked shipping worldwide so you can receive your Heritage Ring no matter where you are.
Do you only engrave coats of arms on your rings?
Not at all! While many customers choose their family coat of arms, we can engrave anything meaningful to you — such as your initials, a symbol, or even your zodiac sign. Each ring is custom-made to reflect your personal story.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes. Every Heritage Ring order is protected by our 30-Day Damage & Defect Guarantee.
Because each ring is custom-made and personalized, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or design changes after approval.
However, if your ring arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the design you approved, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. If approved, we’ll offer a replacement, correction, or refund when applicable
